What happens when pressure reveals the pattern beneath your life, leadership, family, or organization?
In this transformational episode, Dr. Leonie H. Mattison shares the near-death stroke experience that inspired The T.H.R.E.A.D. System™ — a six-part framework for recognizing inherited patterns, interrupting what no longer serves, and reweaving life, leadership, and organizational culture with intention.
Through the image of a thread moving through a needle and becoming six sacred symbols …the Cross, Bridge, Sword, Bow and Arrow, Stitched Heart, and Shield — Dr. Mattison invites listeners to look beneath disruption and ask:
What is the Thread running through your life right now?
This episode explores pressure, pattern recognition, personal transformation, spiritual reflection, leadership development, organizational change, healing, wholeness, and the courage to design what comes next.
For leaders, families, communities, and anyone standing at the edge of change, this reflection offers a powerful invitation to see the pattern, shift the story, and weave the future.

Great insight, I have found threads in my life that I always thought where negative, till I finally realized that WAS my pattern, that God intended me to have.
The situations that molded me , where all a part of me.
Understanding that no matter how different I was, there were still lots of patterns I that needed shifting, which I am still working on.
After listening to your amazing voice & teachings, I know now I am on the right path and will still have times where I need to grow.
I listen to a lot of pods on spirituality and finding oneself, but your depth & love is a real gift.
Glad I found you, hopefully I will be able to do justice to my THREAD and keep moving forward to my final place.💖
Thank you for sharing this so beautifully. I am deeply moved by your reflection. What you named is so powerful: the very parts of our lives we once saw only as negative can, with time, become places of wisdom, pattern recognition, and transformation. Your THREAD is not something to be ashamed of. It is part of what has shaped you, taught you, and continues to guide you forward. I am grateful the podcast met you in this season of your journey. Please know that growth does not mean you have failed or fallen behind. It might just be that you are listening more deeply, seeing more clearly, and honoring the work God is still doing in you. Thank you for your kind words about my voice and teaching. I receive them with gratitude. Keep moving forward with grace, courage, and compassion for yourself. Your THREAD is still unfolding. Dr. Lee 💖
