    I’m a transformative, energetic, and results-driven Executive Leader with over 20 years of experience redefining organizational development and delivering hands-on training and enterprise leadership to maximize employee experiences and community development. I’m regarded as an inclusive, intentional, and engaging presenter actively educating and impacting communities to deliver positive results. I embrace a learning culture to empower organizations by propelling operational effectiveness across multiple disciplines and levels.

    As a Maximizer I enjoy developing and implementing dynamic learning strategy, reporting tools, and effective procedures to achieve business excellence. My multi-entity career encompasses non-profits, government, and private sector companies poised for growth and increased impact. I have successfully administered budgets and delivers funding awards valued at up to $45M. Applies and continuously strengthens learning management systems, implements data tracking tools, and handles reporting to ensure programs attain targeted objectives.

    As a connector I cultivate strategic working partnerships with senior management, business leaders, sponsors, employees, and community stakeholders to discover strategic needs, engage resources, and create optimal solutions to generate value.     ACHIEVEMENTS

    • Instituted CommUnify’s new Learning Academy featuring an integrated learning management system and premier staff professional development and leadership development programs to support staff professional development through public-private-partnerships.
    • Conceived the development and implementation of the “first-ever” Community Action Virtual Onboarding(C.A.V.O.) platform to propel statewide capacity building and network engagement and learning.
    • Serving a grant-making committee member with the Fund for Santa Barbara to advance race, equity, & social change initiatives across the County of Santa Barbara.
    • Reorganized County’s Employee University from a traditional employee training unit into a visionary organizational and talent development with a no cost allocation model that enabled 4700 employees to participate in staff and leadership development programs.
    • Created and unveiled multiple leadership development and retention programs, featuring Recruitment, Branding, & the organization’s first Leadership Certification program to retain top talent and build the next generation of leaders at the County organization.
    • Partnered with the entire H.R. Department, Santa Barbara City College, and multiple community-based organizations to execute the “Passport to Public Service in Paradise” Overcame hiring barriers and build greater community access to county government employees. Built a pipeline of previously untapped talent.
